Kevin Foster was elected as the Conservative Member of Parliament for Torbay in May 2015.
Since being elected Kevin has set about working on his electoral campaign aims to regenerate Torbay’s town centres,develop year round employment opportunities create more integrated local care services and insuring Torbay has the infrastructure our local economy needs to grow in the future.
Kevin was born in Plymouth in December 1978 and spent his whole childhood in Devon.
His Father worked for 37 years as a Labourer/Painter in Devonport Dockyard until he took voluntary redundancy in 2010. His Mother worked for many years as a Teaching Assistant at the Primary School he attended as a child, continuing the job she loved until only 2 months before she lost her battle with Bowel Cancer in January 2014.
“Kevin lives on St Marychurch Road, close to the heart of Torquay Town Centre….” and is a regular at St Matthias Church in Wellswood and has now set up his constituency office in east Street Torre where he holds regular surgeries for residents to discuss their issues and problems.
Kevin started writing for the Torbay Times in 2013.
